A seasoned entrepreneur, Ganesh has a strong known history for starting green field ventures and helping them develop into robust, successful market leaders. Ganesh began his career as Founder and CEO of IT&T Limited; India’s premiere IT and Network Services Company, where he took the company public in 2000. After eight years at IT&T, Ganesh became the CEO of Wipro British Telecom / Bharti British Telecom where he turned a drowning company, on the brink of bankruptcy, into a company in the black. His next venture was as CEO and Founder of Customer Asset /ICICI Source, India’s top BPO Company, where he increased the company’s staff from zero to 4,000. In 2004, Ganesh became an investor, advisor and non-executive chairman of Marketics a high end data analytics company that works with top Fortune 50 U.S. CPG companies. Marketics was acquired by NYSE listed WNS in March 2007.

Ganesh has a post-graduate degree from the Institute of Management in Calcutta as well as a Mechanical Engineering degree from Delhi University. Ganesh currently serves as a member of the visiting faculty at leading management institutes across the board. As an educator, Ganesh has conducted workshops on topics ranging from Managing Exponential Growth, Entrepreneurship Challenges in Today’s World to Motivating Employees in High-tech Industries.

John J. Stuppy is the President of TutorVista (www.tutorvista.com), a world leader in affordable, convenient and effective internet-based global education services that include tutoring, test preparation, and homework help. Today, John is fulfilling his dream to provide high-quality, convenient and effective one-on-one tutoring, test prep and homework help at an affordable price to students in need across the world. A former Chief Information Officer with the Princeton Review, a leading provider of college test preparation, Stuppy is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur with 30 years of technology and management experience. This includes a 15 year successful track record in education program creation, operations, assessment, instruction, product development, strategy, sales, marketing, acquisitions and business development.

Stuppy’s background also includes Sylvan Learning Systems, where he founded the Center Technology Group, which developed the automated diagnostic and prescriptive assessment and enterprise systems used in over 1,000 learning centers across the country. For this, Stuppy earned twelve patents for the internet-based assessment, instructional delivery, student and curriculum management, and incentive-based learning systems created for Sylvan.

Stuppy then moved to Sylvan Ventures, a $400,000,000 venture fund, as the Chief Technology Officer, where he played a key role in the launch of eSylvan (now Sylvan Online). After several years at Sylvan, Stuppy joined Educational Testing Service (ETS), the $800,000,000 global leader in educational testing and research, as the Vice President, Product Development. At ETS, Stuppy was responsible for the K-12 assessment, college/graduate entrance and application processing, placement/qualifying tests, national benchmarks, English language proficiency, professional development and assessment, on-line writing evaluation, and test preparation.

Dr. Stuppy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Curriculum Studies and Teacher Education at Stanford University. He later received an MBA at Kent College, and a Ph.D. in Education Policy Analysis at UCLA. For his academic and community achievements, Dr. Stuppy was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year award at UCLA.
